SNAP - Spay Neuter Action Project Sunday the Neuter Scooter will be at EARTH DAY in Balboa Park. We'll be parked in the Pan American section (Hall of Champions). Earth Day is an amazing event! Come visit us, but plan to come early and stay the day, parking is difficult, but there is sooooo many great things to see!
