Malcolm is cattle dog collie mix, good mellow boy. He was adopted here in San Diego some time ago.. He is now in a shelter in San Jose. Family is not taking responsibility. There is someone who offered to drive Malcolm back to San Diego on Friday. SNAP is looking for a place for Malcolm.
