Get shot records or any medical records. Need to have medical help with the rescue puppy/dog. return the puppy/dog after being told that the rescue has a lifetime return policy. And have not gotten any response from them (phone/email). Or worse have them say “take it to the pound” or “this is not our problem” or just hung up on you. Has a rescue told you that they would provided what you need to foster the puppy/dog and you have yet to receive anything. Has the rescue every made a home visit before/during/after your foster/adoption. Do you know of someone that is fostering/adopting a puppy/dog and is not providing the care it needs. Fostering or Adopting a dog should be a happy moment for you and your family.
