The City of Escondido Utilities Department is holding a public workshop on the proposed water and wastewater rate increases for City of Escondido customers. The proposed increases were mailed to customers on June 26, 2009. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mitchell Room at City Hall, 201 N. Broadway.
